How much cheaper is gas in VA?

It was $2.919/gal just 30 miles or so north of the NC border.

NC currently has the 3rd highest gas prices in the country, only behind Alaska and Hawaii -- this article says it's because most of our gas comes from this one pipeline, and because retailers are scared.
