A nightmare
Last night I had a nightmare about kittens.
I walked into the house, and somehow Sadie had been joined by two adorable kittens. She's spayed, and they didn't look anything like her, so that was odd. Then I turned my head, and there were more kittens. And every time I looked somewhere else, there were yet more kittens, until the floor was covered in wall-to-wall kittens.
Which wouldn't have been so disturbing, except that in the dream it was Sunday afternoon, which meant it was time to go downstairs and clean the litter boxes...dozens and dozens of them. Well-used litter boxes infested with little neon orange spiders. I was definitely glad to wake up.
I think I'm glad I don't remember more of my dreams.
In other news, it's my last night in Rochester. I'm all packed up and ready to get out of here. Next week, San Francisco!
